| AW Health Care is a local, privately-owned home health agency serving the medical and personal care needs of the home-bound, aging and disabled. The “AW” means “Aging Well”. By keeping the body and mind healthy, and maintaining a positive outlook, people will increase their ability to “age well”. Since 2001, AW Health Care has been providing medical and therapy services in the home after a hospital or nursing facility stay, and after an injury, fall or physical decline. Private duty services are available to help with household chores and personal care. AW accepts Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, private health insurance and Veterans plans. All AW Health Care in-home services can be provided not only in English, but also in any preferred language, and delivered with great sensitivity to different cultures and religious traditions. Currently AW Health Care serves over 500 patients with branches in St. Louis, Wentzville, and Illinois. |
